The focus of SM Jones Architecture has been on domestic projects, specialising in small alterations up to whole-house renovations, requiring multiple extensions and conversions. We guide the client through the pre-construction phase, obtaining planning and building regulation approval, working with the Client on to delivery on their responsibilities during this phase. House extension, alterations, and conversion projects undertaken are mainly in South Birmingham and North Worcestershire, including Conservation areas and Bournville Village Trust.
