Professional fees

Below are typical fees for Planning and Buildings regs Stages. The two typical stages are for producing existing plans, developing the proposal, producing planning drawings and submission of planning applications. The building regulation stage includes details drawings and specifications to be used in a building regs application, builder tendering and for construction.

These fees do not include Planning fees, Building Regulation Plans checking or site inspection fees, structural calculation fees, SAP assessor report (for over glazing), Severn Trent Building Over Or Near To Application, or Party Walls Agreement fees.
