This large development in Harborne dramatically improved the aesthetics and function of the existing house. The development included a 2 storey front extension, new roof on the existing first floor side extension, extended out the whole of the rear of the house with a ground floor extension, and a dormer loft conversion. The traditional vernacular of the front elevation was kept and the rear was modernised to create a glazed open plan ground floor rear plan with a harmonious new loft room dormer.
